Monique McPherson
A mother, survivor, and first-time author from England. Raising her two autistic sons, Kody and Aron, both nonspeaking, she navigated homelessness, emergency accommodation, and a world not built for families like hers, and came out the other side with a story that needed to be told.
The Adventures of Kody and Aron is her debut memoir, self-published on her own terms, featuring Mich Carpenter, a trusted companion on this journey, offering a deep connection with Kody and Aron that helped bring their story forward. Her presence has been integral in shaping the heart of this book.
